If you go to the website www.choicetrust.com you can order an instant search which will cost you anywhere from $9 to $50. If you want a free report you can print out the application and send it in. You should receive your full file disclosure in approximately 15 days. Everything they have on file for you will be yours to review. You will need to send your application with proof of identification.
You can also call 1-888-715-4300 and request that they send you an application by regular mail. After receiving your report if you find there are some things that need to be disputed they provide the address on the website to submit your dispute. Errors can happen. Sometimes things can be reported in error that have absolutely nothing to do with you. If that's the case then you could be turned down for employment because of faulty incorrect information.
